When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are also
talking about Device Information.
When you run the client, we automatically collect certain information
about your device, including hardware information such as but not limited to, your MAC
address.
We also collect your IP address.
When you authenticate with your Epic Games account, we get your Epic Games account ID,
which we store as well.
Additionally when you are running the client, you constantly send
keep-alive (known as "pulse") requests to our backend, which all
contain your hardware information, and your IP address.
We use your Device Information to generate a unique hardware ID hash
(known as "serial") tied to your device specifically.
This is necessary, to prevent cheating, and to prevent ban evasion.
We use your Epic Games account ID to authenticate with Epic Online Services,
such as but not limited to EasyAntiCheat.
We do not share any of your data with anyone, except Epic Games, since
we use EasyAntiCheat and Epic Online Services.
